Valkyria Chronicles is probably the best tactics game on the Playstation 3, and no doubt one of the best PS3 games. It is a strategy RPG from SEGA.

The game is set in an alternate Europe in the 1930's. A group of young soldiers fights for their land against an invading Empire. Although the story is great, the real gem is the gameplay.

The gameplay is filled with an innovative blend of strategy, tactics, RPG and action. Graphics is simply amazing and beautiful. It's like watercolored anime in full 3D motion.

The whole presentation of the game is top-notched. This is a must try game for all PS3 owner. It's one of the richest, most rewarding games that I've played for a long while.

Ride of the Valkyria

Strengths: Looks fantastic, interesting characters, great gameplay.

Weakness: None

Valkyria Chronicles is a game to get if you're a fan of tactical rpg games. It has a great story about life in a wartorn country and a memorable cast of characters. Teh game has a lot fo emat to it with plenty of extras too. Not to mention, it looks fantastic with a animated style. I highly recommend it!

Valkyria Chronicles for the PS3 is a strategy-RPG hybrid game set in a parallel Europe set in the 1930's. The main characters are in a fight against an invading force from another country, and they work to try and repel the invaders. The game works with a balance of movement versus combat actions over the course of a day, where there's new movement and combat actions to be done. The game looks amazing, with rich colorful graphics that look like animation, and the music and sounds are equally as good. RPG, action and strategy fans should all take a look at this game.

Great PS3 Exclusive

Strengths: Looks amazing and plays great

Weakness: None, unless you don't like SRPGS

This game is amazing to look at as it's almost like watching an anime come to life. Battles occur like an SRPG with each side taking turns to attack. You can attack more than once with the same character with the given amount of turns you get, but they can move less and less farther each time if you do. This encourages you to use others, at least until the next "day" which gives you more turns....

You'll find a good mix of strategy, role-playing, and action in this title.
