Strengths: a lot of fun.

Weakness: a medocre tennis game

The tennis is merely average, but the challenges and minigames in Sega Superstars Tennis are creatively done. This game is really fun with all its mini games and other features also playing multiplayer is really fun.

This is a nice tennis games packaged with some of the popular & not so popular characters from Sega world. Besides characters, there are various locations picked up from Sega games. Every character has their own special abilities & you can unlock new characters.
There are a bunch of mini games which are good party fun but gets old fast One disappointing bit about the Wii version is the controls part. They do not work as accurately & consistently as you would like. In fact I found that the 360 & PS3 versions play better than the Wii one.
Still this is a decent game for Wii & if you a fan of any of Sega characters featured here. that is an added bonus.
The game is available at a bargain price now at most places.

This game almost include every characters in Sega game.It can be played in multiple modes, most of them are pretty similar to any other sports game: tournament, single-match, multiplayer, etc. The mode that I like most is the Superstars Mode where I can play certain missions based on other Sega games of the past. By doing the missions you unlock new characters, music, courts, and other stuff. It is a great time and will keep you busy for a long time trying to unlock everything.

I enjoyed the multiple characters I can select from this game, compared with the wii sports, the graphics is better and the music is much better than the wii sports.

Receommend this game to other person who like to play tennis game.

Sega Superstars Tennis

Strengths: Fun game for awhile. That's about it, not much to add.

Weakness: Gets boring very quick. Lousy Wii-mote responsiveness.

If you are a fan of Sonic & other classic sega characters, you may enjoy this game. For me, the novelty wore off very quick- it's much easier & more fun to play the Wii Sports tennis game than this one. Other than the sega characters a few special courts & different graphics & backgrounds, this is pretty much just Wii Sports tennis with lousy controls. I'd avoid this game unless you are really...

If you are a fan of Sonic & other classic sega characters, you may enjoy this game. For me, the novelty wore off very quick- it's much easier & more fun to play the Wii Sports tennis game than this one.
