It is a game that YOU won't put...
Strengths: The ability to change between characters in addressing the puzzles and challenges being presented is smooth and excellent. The layout is superb, detailing precise and map function is a definite must.
Weakness: The map function is limited. It is possible to clip into broken space when in plaza area, a minor fault.
It is a game that YOU won't put down, or be going to bed before 3am! The premise of rescue is an old one, but dealing with demons and a talking Gargoyle Scree is beautiful. There are times when only one character can do the deed, whilst the other must wait or rondevous elsewhere. Listen carefully to Scree - for he holds the secrets and also look very closely at the map. Primal for PS2
Strengths: So far, the story is well writen and the voice acting is wonderful (which is what I expected from Andreas Katsulas *G*).
Weakness: Combat's a little wonky, but then I knew that going in.
One of the hidden gems of the PS2 library. I'm only a few hours in, but I already like these characters and want to find out what happens next. If you're a fan of Zelda-like exploration games, or just a fan of Andreas Katsulas who wants to get to know him in another role, then you'll probably enjoy this game.

Primal

Well, the game that I think Primal was influenced most by is Ico. There are a lot of striking similarities. Of course, it's not fair to compare Primal to just one game, so I won't. When stacked up against the library of PS2 games,...

Primal
There are two sides to every person--a side of us that is seen by everyone and then a hidden side that many of us do not even know existed until it surfaces in the most unexpected ways or moments. For Jen Tate the moment of this discovery comes at the moment where her mortal body hangs on the balance between life and death. Her macabre discovery, though, is that her hidden side has a supernatural...
